3a Bowling Night

Recently, 3a's Staff Activities Committee organised a social activity for all staff members, their partners and friends. The chosen activity was a night at the Eden Super Bowl where in a spirit of friendship and fun, three teams battled out for the whole evening.

The aim of these activities is to increase the bonding, teamwork and friendship of all team members, induce a fun element in our working life as well as organise social responsibility activities, where we contribute to issues and events which provide assistance and a contribution to our external community.

This is in line with the vision of 3a which states that we provide the right ambience and work-life balance to attract the best talented professionals who are willing to give small and medium-sized business enterprises, a personal and sensitive experience in doing and maximising business in Malta whilst in the process, we take responsibility for the impact on our customers, our employees, our shareholders, the community we work in and the environment in general.
