“My partners and I, together with most of our staff were, up till a few months ago employed by MGI Malta, a firm of accountants that enjoys a certain reputation as the pioneer in Malta, in the automation of accounts production, audits and practice management. That firm had given us sound technical training and had inspired us with uncommon modern practice management models and strategies. During the restructuring that occurred within that firm last year, we were given the opportunity of a management buy-out of part of the business of MGI Malta, a challenge that we took up very seriously. That was the inception of our firm. We invested attention to every detail ensuring that all we did, supported squarely what we believe in. 3a was the name chosen for our brand, as it stands for our core competencies, Accountancy, Assurance and Advisory. It also captures the A’s in our carefully chosen corporate tagline, ‘Your Aspirations, Your Achievements - Our Aims’. This stems from our focus on two objectives namely, that of assisting our customers in realising their business potential through our advisory directorate, and that of accounting and auditing their achieved results so as to ensure seamless compliance with regulatory frameworks. We believe that our branding specialist captured our beliefs and culture within a logo and image. We also think that our investment in new offices will provide an ambience conducive to higher customer satisfaction, and to a better work place for our staff.”
