Charlene started her career as an audit junior with MGI Malta. In the four years spent there she attained knowledge in accounts and audit, working for a portfolio of companies from diverse industries. Charlene attained her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta in 2007. At 3a Charlene has been promoted to an Audit Senior, leading audits of group companies, public authorities and international companies. She has diversified her work from audit and is also specialising in accounting and preparation of financial statements. Charlene has also a strong aptitude in management accounting. |

Christian is director at 3a responsible of taxation issues of the firm. He is one of the founding partners of 3a. He is also responsible for the local government audits and acts as the HR director of the firm. Christian has extensive experience as a consultant to various firms both private and governmental.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants as well as a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation. Recently, he excelled in a postgraduate Diploma in Taxation of the Malta institute of Taxation by attaining first place. In 2008, Christian was appointed on the Council of the Malta Institute of Taxation, with the opportunity to represent the said Institute at high level meetings in tax matters affecting EU countries held in Brussels. Beside his work, Christian is an enthusiastic model plane builder as well as an avid reader of history and Maltese literature. |

Clive is a director responsible for Business advisory and Accounting at 3a. He is also one of the founding partners of the firm. Clive has ample experience having worked at a mid tier accounting firm for over thirteen years. He is specialized in accounting, VAT as well as internal auditing and management accounting. He is responsible for an extensive portfolio of clients and institutions.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Camping, travelling and photography are amongst his main interests.

Daniel is a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Management graduate with a dissertation which focused on Strategies for Growth. He is currently in last stages to attain the ACCA qualification. Daniel’s career included working in the International Business department of one of the big four accounting and audit firms as well as being employed as an Executive Secretary in a local council. Daniel joined 3a in 2007 and he currently is involved in assurance assignments as well as preparation of financial statements for a number of clients. His goal is to specialise in management consulting and taxation. His interests include camping and trekking. |

Darren joined the firm in 2007 to further his technical knowledge as well as to continue in his pursuit to become an accountant. He is currently a Junior Accountant specialising in accounting and financial statements production. He has had a number of experiences on a staff secondment basis with various established companies. Darren has had a colourful experience in accounting, though still very young. He started his accounting career with one of the leading casinos in Malta. He then moved on as an assistant accountant at a company specialising in medical and scientific hospital equipment. From there he moved on to one of the major companies in the IT retail industry, in the role of Administrator. In the meantime he continued with his studies to attain ACCA and currently is sitting for the last two papers of Part 2 of the qualification. His goal is to attain technical specialisation in accounting as well as in tax and management consultancy to be able to provide advisory services to a portfolio of clients. |

David started his professional career as an Administrator and Duty Manger of a hotel in 1998. In 2001 he commenced the Bachelor of Commerce course at the University of Malta which he duly completed in 2004. Following that, he graduated Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Management the following year, with a dissertation studying how Malta can attract and benefit from back-office operations. David worked as a financial controller for two established companies, and then spent a further two years working at an accountancy and audit firm. He joined 3a in 2008, with the aspiration of becoming an accountant acquiring skills in management and business consultancy. In the meantime, he is studying to obtain the ACCA qualification and in fact he is currently in the last stages of Part II of the qualification. |

Doreen is audit manager at 3a responsible of audit assignments, both of private companies as well as governmental entities and NGOs. She has also extensive experience in accounting and she also manages a portfolio of clients. Prior to working with 3a, Doreen obtained experience in auditing with two other mid-tier accounting and audit firms.

Franco currently is a non executive director with 3a Accountants. He has been involved with 3a in the setup of the business model and marketing strategy of the firm. He has built a reputation for a modern outlook in business administration in professional service firms following his research and experience in the industry, supplemented by the successful completion of a postgraduate degree in finance at the University of Leicester. He has been involved in managing professional service firms for 18 years with involvement as a founding partner in a mid-tier accounting firm, where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, Quality control and Knowledge/People Development.
Franco was also elected member of the Council of the Malta Institute of Accountants in 2007 and also served as a board member on authorities including the Malta Transport Authority, Valletta Harbour Regeneration Corporation PLC, University Sports Complex Ltd and was also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Governing Body of Sport in Malta for 5 years. |

Franco has joined 3a in 2008 as a tax consultant responsible for the firm’s international tax unit. He started his professional career at MGI-Malta as a qualified accountant. During the time spent at MGI-Malta, he gained significant experience in the preparation of financial statements and was responsible for the compliance issues of a vast portfolio of clients. In 2006, Franco joined the tax department of Ernst & Young (Malta) as a tax advisor working closely with the tax partner and tax director. During this engagement Franco gained exposure on tax structuring and advised on a variety of issues such as the use of Malta’s double treaty network and the use of Maltese holding, financing, trading and shipping companies in the context of international tax planning. He also formed part of a Maltese high-level delegation on the integration of the Revenue departments in Malta as well as lectured on Maltese domestic tax law and advised various small audit firms on key tax issues. Franco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta and a Masters Degree in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. Recently, he also obtained with distinction a diploma in Maltese domestic tax law from the Malta Institute of Tax. Franco is a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, The Malta Institute of Taxation and the Chamber of Commerce. He has a keen interest in boating and spends most of his free time reading and travelling. |

Neville is 3a’s managing partner and director. He has extensive business experience having spent ten years working as an accountant and consultant with a top mid tier accountancy and audit firm. From 2007, Neville together with his partners has set up 3a with the vision of providing fresh, innovative and personal service to businesses both In Malta and abroad. Neville has attained specialisation in corporate administration and recovery, liquidations & reconstructions as well as being the technical partner in relation to International Financial Reporting Standards. He is the firm’s audit partner and is in charge with compliance and quality control issues at 3a. He has ample experience in management consultancy, internal auditing as well as information systems audits.
Neville holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a practising certificate in Auditing and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He recently obtained a postgraduate Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA. He serves as a member of the Accountancy and Small and Medium Size Practices Advisory committees of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Beside his work he is also involved with the Special Rescue Group (SRG) performing land and sea rescue operations as well as playing in the Malta National Squash League.

Sandra started her career as in the administration section of MGI Malta in 2004. Stefano has joined 3a as from 2007 working as an accounts junior. In 2007, he has graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Malta and is currently undertaking the Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) His aim is that within a year he will attain his degree to get on board with 3a on a full-time basis. Throughout his stint with 3a, Stefano has been working on accounting, audit and tax assignments. This experience is providing him with exposure to real work practices and thus enabling him to blend technical knowledge in real life business issues. |
