Malta-Greece Tax Treaty

The treaty signed between Malta and Hellenic Republic on the 13th of October 2006 has entered into force on 30 August 2008. The treaty has been transposed into Maltese legalisation by way of Legal Notice 268 of 2008.
 
Residents of the two Contracting States may start applying the provisions of the treaty as from 1st January 2009.
