All forms of standard commercial organizations can be incorporated including commercial partnerships and limited liability companies. There also exists special legislation to enable the incorporation of investment companies, banking and financial entities, protected cell companies for insurance purposes, companies that manage hedge funds, investments and portfolios as well as sicavs (companies with a variable share capital).
